CUL3004 Wild Crafting......3 Credits

The classes will be two 5-hour days consisting of 1 hour lecture and 4 hours of lab time. We will be scheduling time out in the woods for hands on experience.

Starting May 21 - July 10;  Monday/Tuesday.  Lectures 11a - 12 noon, Labs 1p - 5p.

Successful completion qualifies for the Wild Food Gatherers Guild Certification exam.
