This is an independent certification test to meet the anticipated requirements of the Revised 2013 FDA Food Code which regulates food retail and safety only for the specific level the participant has mastered.

The Certification Test, administered by an independent member of the GMC faculty, will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and must be completed by 2:00 p.m.

Please arrive on time.  This is an open book exam, so bring your field guides.

You must have completed both the Wildcrafting I and Wildcrafting II courses.  These can be from GMC, VTC or equivalent.  Please contact us directly should you have any questions.

You are not expected to know all mushrooms, etc., but you are expected to know the ones you wish to be certified in.  For more information, please contact us directly.  

You will receive your results by, or before, the end of May in time for Spring Collecting..
